Edit, Cancel and Delete Sale Invoice
Step 1:
- Go to the dashboard.
- Open the sales invoice you want to edit.
Step 2:
- Click on Edit at the top right.
Step 3:
- Say you want to change the rate.
- Enter the new rate.
- If you want to change the Item Quantity, enter the new quantity.
- The Grand Total changes accordingly.
Step 4:
- Click on Update and your invoice will be updated within a fraction of a second.
Step 5:
- Your sales invoice has been edited successfully.
Step 6:
- You can also Cancel the invoice as shown on the screen.
Step 7:
- Click on Cancel Invoice or Don’t Cancel Invoice in case you do not want the cancellation.
Step 8:
- Select Delete if you want to delete the Sales Invoice.
Step 9:
- Click on Delete Invoice or Don’t Delete Invoice in case you do not want the cancellation.
Step 10:
- The sales invoice has been deleted successfully.
