Template – Add Attributes, Identification, SMS Alert Notification

Sales Invoice Print for Pro Inventory: With this release we have given provision to users of Pro Inventory to print Sales Invoice with attributes and identification.

Path: Setting >> Print Templates >> Layout >> Professional >> Field >> Item Grid

Upon Selection of document type and checking attributes or Identification, Expand button is provided to populate list of attributes or identifications for display for further selection respectively.

After all required selection template to be saved by click on Save button.

Once Qty Allocation is done and required attributes/identification are selected while creating Sales Invoice, then same shall be available for Preview and Print.

Attributes and Identification available in sales invoice preview and print as per selection done during Qty Allocation.

SMS Alert Notification: With this release we have given provision to configure SMS Alerts for create transaction for all available documents.

Settings >> Alert Settings >> Click on + Add Alert

To enable SMS alert – Upon selection of document type and action as create user need to check SMS alert to configure SMS wherein user can select SMS template from list of available templates along with validity of SMS template i.e. from and to active date.

User has provision send SMS to Customer/Vendor and its Primary and Secondary contact as well, as per selection in template.

Once all required configuration for SMS alert are done then user need to click on Save button
