Production, Cash Flow Statement

Features Summary:

Production: With this release, we have given Production in Pro Inventory. You can create master of Machine, Labour cost and Shift. You can create production order through Production plan. You can transfer material from one warehouse to other warehouse through MTN.

Create Machine Master

Add Machine with required fields i.e. Machine Name, Machine Code, etc.

Add Shift

Add Shift with required fields i.e. Name, Start Timing, End Timing.

Add Labour Cost

Add Labour cost with required fields i.e. Name, Rate

Add Production Plan

Select Prod. Plan Date, Select Manufacture of and define Planned Quantity then automatically Labour Cost, Machine Cost, Factory Overhead come from define in master (Labour Cost, Machine Cost).

Define SFG details are showing.

Define Materials list are showing.

Define Labour Cost details are coming

Define Material Cost details are coming

You can also create Production Order from Production Plan.

Add Production Order

Create Production Order through select Production Plan.

After selecting Production Plan all details are fetched from Production Plan.

Add Material Requisition Note

Select Prod. Order No which you to send the request for Material from one warehouse to other warehouse.

Add Material Transfer Note

Transfer the Material from one warehouse to other warehouse which request come from MRN.

Add Cost Sheet

You can add Material Cost, Labour Cost, Machine cost, etc.

Add Production Journal

You can add manufacture Journal of selecting BOM and save as Draft, Approve & Send internal QC, etc.

You can consumption of that item which needs.

Cash Flow Statment: With this release, we have given Cash Flow Statement running on Indirect Method as per applicable Ind-As/accounting standard. Cash Flow Statement is a part of Financial Report.
