Template ConfigurationBill of Supply: With this release we have given provision to create custom templates for Bill of Supply wherein user can configure Layout, Fields and Email.
Credit Note: With this release we have given provision to create custom templates for Credit Note wherein user can configure Layout, Fields and Email.
Direct Receipt: With this release we have given provision to create custom templates for Direct Receipt wherein user can configure Layout, Fields and Email.
Export Invoice: With this release we have given provision to create custom templates for Export Invoice wherein user can configure Layout, Fields and Email.
Amendment Invoice: With this release we have given provision to create custom templates for Amendment Invoice wherein user can configure Layout, Fields and Email.
Manual Journal – Document Upload: With this release we have given provision to upload reference document while creating any journal.
Credit Allocation: With this release we have given provision to allocate credit against Receipts and Payments.
Path: Books >> Credit Allocation
All available credit for Payments and Receipts are available for allocation Customer or Vendor wise
Filter made available to search available credit using allocation number between Start date and End Date.
Click on + Credit Allocation to create credit allocation.
Upon click of + Credit allocation option is available to select credit allocation for Payment.
Provision made available to adjust Short or Excess payment also provision to select columns as per business requirements.
Upon Selection of Bill from and to date and Payment adjustment from and to date, respective data of Vendor Bills and Payments with original amount, settled amount and remaining amount is displayed on click of update button.
Once Payment number is selected against Bill no, respective remaining balance will get adjusted as per allocated amount.
Upon click of + Credit allocation another option for Credit Allocation is given for Receipt.
Provision made available to adjust Short or Excess receipt also provision given to select columns as per business requirements.

Manual Journal – Document Upload: With this release we have given provision to upload reference document while creating any journal.
To upload document click on upload button on right top corner of screen of manual journal.
Once user click on upload button provision given to upload files which can only be access (view) by user of same company.
File name along with date of upload is available for reference while view.
For transaction where any reference document is uploaded then same is notify with pin button.
Document detail for view after transaction is created.
