How to send Quote on mail?
Create a Quote and click on Send button then it will navigate to the Quote Listing Page. From the Quote listing page, open the Quote in View Mode having status of Accepted. There is an option to email the Quote with subject and message and it will be directly sent from the software itself. To send the message click on "Send Email".
After clicking on "Send Email", the following screen will appear:
After receiving the mail, you have two options as follows:
- View Quote
- Download Quote
How to send Quote on SMS?
Create a Quote and click on Send button then it will navigate to the Quote Listing Page. From the Quote listing page, open the Quote in View Mode having status of Accepted. There is an option to SMS the Quote and it will be directly sent from the software itself. To send the message click on "Send SMS".
After clicking on "Send SMS", the following screen will appear. To send the message click on “Send Message”.
