How to send Debit Note on Email and SMS?

From the Debit Note listing page, open the Debit Note in View Mode that is having status Awaiting Settlement and Settled. There is an option “Send Email” to send Debit Note though Email to Vendor directly from the software.

Upon clicking the "Send Email" option, the "Send Debit Note" Screen will open as shown in the image below:

In received email, there are following two way to view Debit Note:

1. Click on "View Debit Note"
2. Download Debit Note from attachment
