How to send Credit Note on mail or sms?

Create a Credit Note and click on Approve button then it will navigate to the Credit Note Listing Page. From the Credit Note listing page, open the Credit Note in View Mode having the status of Awaiting Settlement. There is an option to email the credit note with the subject and message and it will be directly sent from the software itself. To send the message click on "Send mail" from the dropdown list box.

After clicking on “Send mail”, the following screen will appear:

After receiving the mail, you have two options as follows:

1. View Credit Note
2. Download Credit Note

There is an option to SMS the credit note and it will be directly sent from the software itself. To send the message click on “Send SMS”.

After clicking on “Send SMS”, the following screen will appear. To send the message click on “Send Message”.
