How to Fully Reversed Partially Reversed
How to Fully Reverse Delivery Challan?
From the Delivery Challan listing page, open the Delivery Challan which is having status of Approved, partially adjusted, etc. in View Mode. Click on Challan Options. The following list will appear:
- Copy
- Void
- Delete
- Reverse
- Invoice
- Edit
Click on Reverse
After clicking on Reverse, A pop of Reverse Quantity/Price opens. Takes Fully Reversed and click on update button.
A message will appear as “Delivery Challan updated successfully” with OK. Click on “OK” button then it will navigate to Delivery Challan listing page.
The status of the Delivery Challan is showing as Fully Reversed.
How to Partially Reverse Delivery Challan?
From the Delivery Challan listing page, open the Delivery Challan which is having status of Approved, partially adjusted, etc. in View Mode. Click on Challan Options. The following list will appear:
- Copy
- Void
- Delete
- Reverse
- Invoice
- Edit
Click on Reverse
After clicking on Reverse, A pop of Reverse Quantity/Price opens. Takes Reverse Quantity and click on update button.
A message will appear as “Delivery Challan updated successfully” with OK. Click on “OK” button then it will navigate to Delivery Challan listing page.
The status of the Delivery Challan is showing as Partially Reversed.
