How to Create Repeating Manual Journal?

In this page, you will be able to see list of all Manual Journals that you have already added into the software and you can also create Manual Journal and Repeating Manual Journal.

By default after clicking on Manual Journal, listing page of Manual Journal will appear.

You can also navigate to the other listing page to view:

• Repeating Manual Journal

From the listing page you can check the following information about each Repeating Manual Journal that have been entered into the software:

• Narration
• Debit INR
• Credit INR
• Repeats
• Next Journal Date
• End Date
• Journal will be i.e. Posted

You can create Repeating Manual Journal one by one by clicking "+ Repeating Journal"

After clicking on "+ Repeating Journal" - New Repeating Journal form will be opened.

You are required to fill the following fields: -

• Company GSTIN
• Branch Code
• Branch
• Category
• First Journal Date
• Repeating Freq
• Repeating Every i.e. Weeks/Months
• End Date
• Narration
• Description
• Account
• Cost Center
• Debit INR
• Credit INR

For creating the Repeating Manual Journal you are required to fill some mandatory fields such as:-

• First Journal Date
• Repeating Freq
• Narration
• Description
• Account
• Credit INR
• Debit INR

You can set some auto-fill functionalities for creating the Repeating Manual Journal. Such Auto-Fields are:-

1. First Journal date: By default, current date will be the First Journal Date. You can also change the same.
2. First Journal date: By default, Months will be select in Repeating Every. You can also change the same.

You can save the Repeating Manual Journal as Post.
