Template Configuration

Sales Order/Quote: With this release we have given provision to create custom templates for Sales Order/Quote wherein user can configure Layout, Fields and Email.

Purchase Order: With this release we have given provision to create custom templates for Purchase Order wherein user can configure Layout, Fields and Email.

Default Account for Freight & Delivery Charges: Default Account for Freight & Delivery Charges: With this release we have given provision to configure default account for Freight (Inward and Outward) and Delivery (Inward and Outward)

Sales Invoice Print for Pro Inventory: With this release we have given provision to users of Pro Inventory to print Sales Invoice with attributes and identification.

SMS Alert Notification: With this release we have given provision to configure SMS Alerts for create transaction for all available documents.

Manufacturing for Pro Inventory: With this release we have given provision to define bill of material for Inventory type as Manufactured in Pro Inventory.

Inventory list Report filters: With this release we have given provision to select range as End of Last month, End Of last quarter or custom (Start date and End Date) to list out Inventory report along with multiple filter.

Font Size: With this release we have enhanced sales invoice template with option to change font size in template layout.

Print copies: We have given provision to select print copies i.e. Duplicate for transporter, triplicate for supplier wherein if configured under layout >> Print Setting then same is available as print for sales Invoice by default.

Payment QR Code: Provision to show payment QR code in Invoice template is made available in layout configuration for Comfort, Subtle and Vivid.

Manufacturing for Pro Inventory: With this release we have given provision to define bill of material for Inventory type as Manufactured in Pro Inventory.

Credit Allocation: With this release we have given provision to allocate credit against Receipts and Payments.

Bill of Supply: With this release we have given provision to create custom templates for Bill of Supply wherein user can configure Layout, Fields and Email.

Credit Note: With this release we have given provision to create custom templates for Credit Note wherein user can configure Layout, Fields and Email.

Direct Receipt: With this release we have given provision to create custom templates for Direct Receipt wherein user can configure Layout, Fields and Email.

Export Invoice: With this release we have given provision to create custom templates for Export Invoice wherein user can configure Layout, Fields and Email.

Amendment Invoice: With this release we have given provision to create custom templates for Amendment Invoice wherein user can configure Layout, Fields and Email.

Manual Journal – Document Upload: With this release we have given provision to upload reference document while creating any journal.

Pro Inventory Module: With this release we have introduced a powerful and easy to use inventory control management system.

Role and Permission: HostBooks user can now implement permission control at the User and Role level so that user can access the documents they need to.

Alert and Notification: HostBooks user can now configure auto alerts in form of email to notify events that require attention.

Sales Direct Print: With this release user can now give direct print of Sales Invoice.

Delivery Challan direct Print: With this release user can now give direct print of delivery challan.

Quick Add button for create transaction: With this release we have given add transaction button to create quick transactions with single click.

Few fields are added in Print Template: Few fields are added in template setting wherein user can select fields in template as business requirement.

Custom field added at Invoice and Item Level: With this release we have added custom field in customization setting of Sales Invoice.

Custom and dynamic field added in Sales Invoice Export: With this release sales Invoice export will also have custom and dynamic fields enabled at sales invoice transaction at Invoice and Item level.

E-way Bill Generate & Print: With this release we have given provision to generate and print E-way bill from HostBooks Accounting application.

Margin Scheme: New option added under financial setting for opting of GST margin scheme. By this release under GST margin scheme, user can able to post gross sale value into two different accounts i.e. gain/loss and cost of sales into different revenue accounts.

E-mail Configuration for Sales Invoice: With this release we have given provision to send configurable email for Sales Invoice under Print template configuration.

E-mail Configuration for Delivery Challan: With this release we have given provision to send configurable email for Delivery Challan under Print template configuration.

E-Invoice Listing Page: We have provide the option of E-Invoice listing page to view the Generated and Cancelled E-Invoice along with Invoice details.

Two New fields added in Organization Settings: Two New fields Alternate Contact number and Alternate Email ID has been added to company setting to capture company Alternate Number and Alternate Email Id.

Delivery Challan Templates: With this release we have given provision to create custom print templates for delivery challan.

Sales Template Custom 1: A New Sales Custom print template has been added to Sales Invoice Template which allow users to print custom fields used in invoice as per business requirement.
